We take great care and pride in the products we make, and our goal is for you to be genuinely happy with everything about ZiiNGLES.


Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order, with your original Order Number. Please include a brief note explaining your concern, for ongoing product improvement purposes. We will then issue you a Refund Authorization Number.*

After obtaining your Refund Authorization Number, send all opened and/or sealed items (freight prepaid) to:

Returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of receipt of Refund Authorization Number to ensure that there are no delays in processing your refund.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will initiate the refund process to the original payment method used (please allow 5-10 business days for completion). We will provide a full refund of your original purchase, less shipping and 15% restocking/handling fee.

International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.
